EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
Exchanges or store credit will be issued within 14 days of the purchase if the
merchandise is in original, sellable condition and is accompanied with the receipt and
price tag attached. There will be no cash refunds or credit back to credit cards.
Store credit or gift certificates balance cannot be redeemed for cash. Any issued
store credit is valid for 180 days from the date of issuance. |

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF A GARMENT PURCHASED FROM PAPAYA?
All Papaya clothing comes with a care tag. We recommend that
customers follow the instructions carefully in order to avoid damaging or shrinking the
garment.
CHECK
ACCEPTANCE
Valid photo ID (state or federal goverment issued) is required for personal or traveler's
check acceptance. Temporary or third party checks are not accepted. All checks
MUST be printed with name and address (P.O. BOX not accepted).
$ 500.00 maximum purchase per day.
$ 20.00 charges for returned check.
