All of our return/exchange policies below apply ONLY to purchases that were made through our website.
You can exchange any non-final sale items to our stores within 30 days of the purchase date.
However, online purchases will only be accepted for an exchange or store credit in store with proof of purchase (the paper invoice received with the order).
Refunds CANNOT be credited back to the original form of payment at our stores.
Note: If you plan to return an Online Purchase In-Stores, the purchased item must be on Full- Priced Items only.
Returns cannot be accepted in stores if you used an Online Exclusive Promo Code, Papaya Points, or the item was on Final Sale.
*Please note that these terms do not apply to items purchased in store. The return policy in PAPAYA stores have different terms and conditions.
Returns and Exchange Criteria
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase if it follows all of our returns criteria.
Returns are accepted only through the mail.
- We accept all returns within (30) days of the purchase date.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed or defective with all original tags attached.
- Returns and Exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt / invoice.
- The following items are final sale and cannot be returned for an exchange, credit, or refund:
- Items marked as “FINAL SALE” and “CLEARANCE”
- Gift items can only be returned for Papaya points (online credit).
Exchanges by mail are only accepted for equal or lesser valued priced items, defective, or wrong item(s).
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Once the exchangeable, incorrect, or damaged item is received, you will receive an email detailing the availability of the item(s) and its shipping status.
How to make an easy return
- Fill out your Returns & Exchanges Form provided on the back of your invoice paper.
- Mail all online returns with your invoice/order number as followed:

- Simply drop off your returns package at your local post office.
- Review our Return Criteria below and make sure the items are eligible for return.
- If you do not have your Return & Exchanges, email us and we will be able to provide you with a new one.
- We are not responsible for items lost in the mail so please track and insure your package as you see fit.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- No additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred with exchange items.
*Note: We do not provide the Return label. You will need to purchase a return label with your carrier of choice.
Terms and Conditions
- Returns and Exchanges will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive your package.
- Returns & Exchanges that do not meet our Return Criteria are subject a partial refund, for a 20%-50% restocking fee, online store credit (Papaya Points), or denial.
- Papaya points and coupon codes are nonrefundable.
- We inspect all Returns & Exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.
